Submitting an appointment request through the contact form constitutes a request and does notautomatically guarantee confirmation of the appointment. An appointment becomes firm only afterexpress confirmation from SAN MEDICA, by phone or e-mail. We reserve the right to reschedule orcancel an appointment for medical or organizational reasons, with prior notice to the User.
