San Medica SRL has accessed the South-West Oltenia Regional Programme 2021–2027 in order to expand its activity and improve the medical services offered to our patients. As a result, the financing contract with SMIS code 322513 was concluded, under which the following equipment was purchased:

• Voluson E20 ultrasound system – a state-of-the-art device equipped with AI, used for the rapid and accurate diagnosis of conditions requiring ultrasound, as well as for pregnancy monitoring;
• Colposcope – a device for gynecological investigations of the cervix;
• Examination lamps;
• Electrocautery unit – used across several medical specialties, such as surgery, urology, dermatology and gynecology;
• Orthotic insole machine – for producing customized devices for patients with gait deficiencies or postural disorders;
• Surgical table – required for general surgery procedures and investigations;
• Anesthesia machine – needed to ensure full patient comfort during the various procedures and investigations that require sedation;
• Arthroscopy shaver – equipment required in orthopedics;
• Urinary incontinence chair – equipment used in urology;
• Lithotripsy system – for the treatment of kidney stones.

The total value of the contract was 3,309,191.34 lei, of which the European Union co-financing amounted to 2,586,562.36 lei.
